Is life worth living?

The answer to the question, is life worth living? is a million dollar answer. One thing for certain, life on Earth was not made for the feeble and weak. Why is this matter suddenly being brought into focus?

Just moments ago, I was informed that a food seller took her own life. It does not make sense to me. It must have made a whole lot of sense to her to blot out her existence.

I have eaten at her stall several times. She appears to be a diligent person with two grown up children who are not jobless. Her business is brisk. She does not look the kind of person who is a gambler.

Just does not make sense at all.

It must take an exceptional degree of despair for anyone to take their own life and for these life has reached a stage where it has not become worth living anymore. Ironically there are those who are battling the odds in order to live another hour, another day.

May God is His bountiful Mercy, accept her departed soul.
