How to install the simplest dropdown horizontal menu bar for Blogger?

Amazingly simple is the word for this dropdown horizontal menu bar. I could not believe that it could be this simple. It looks neat and saves plenty of blog page space that links placed in sidebars would have cost.

Furthermore, it is a handy tool to keep all those often used links at the Blogsite rather than having to open the Bookmark column on the browser while there is some work being done to the Blog.

If you haven’t noticed the dropdown horizontal menu bar that I am referring to. So, how did I get it installed?

The steps given at this blogsite or also at this blogsite, where I found it explains it reasonably clearly. There is no need for me to have to explain something as simple as it already is. It gives two methods to have it installed. I chose to follow the Method One and ~tadaa it came off right after the first attempt.

Later on, I had the CSS script tweaked and HTML tweaked so that my menu bar spanned the width of my blog and included more bars (even had one left to spare).
